Bob’s Awareness Coaching™ is called Awareness 2 Action. Awareness is the foundation of inner knowing and wisdom. To scratch the surface of enlightenment, one needs to relate intimately with awareness of thoughts, emotional landscapes, behaviors, and patterns. The work begins after awareness reveals insights as the true path to change transforms those insights into action.
Bob’s coaching is rooted in Toltec wisdom and archetype work. He has experience in men’s work, both leading groups and coaching one-on-one. He also has expertise working with teens on emotional awareness and mindfulness. As an avid breathwork student and teacher, Bob integrates breathwork into each and every client’s journey.
