After aBob will present two different evening workshops: Medicine Wheel Activation (a journey to connect with the archetypes of the 4 cardinal directions) and the Full Body Musical Experience (a journey through the 7 major chakras). Both workshops include multiple modalities to create an inner journey for the participants.
